Hi, I’m Violeta, a Quality Assurance Analyst. Background I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) in March 2014. I have nearly 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, working on large-scale media and digital platforms. I’ve handled major projects such as GMA Election 2016 (Main QA), Election 2022 and 2025 (Supporting QA), and the GMA Now App (TV-on-the-go application) as the Main QA. I am currently supporting multiple GMA websites, including News, Entertainment, Full Episodes, and Balitambayan, focusing on new feature testing, ad verification, Google Analytics tasks, performance checks, and daily production monitoring. In my current role, I lead the QA team, create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to organize tasks and timelines, prepare test plans and test cases, and perform manual test execution. My key skills include functional testing, usability testing, regression testing, sanity testing, exploratory testing, and end-to-end testing. I am experienced in using Jira for defect tracking, TestLink for test case management, BrowserStack for mobile web testing, KM for documentation, AdTech Ads Inspector for ad monitoring, and Kiro for AI-assisted tasks. I am also currently learning Playwright for test automation.
