Hi! I'm Adam, a Lead Graphics Designer and Human Resource Officer who has spent the past few years building a career at the intersection of creativity and people management. My work is driven by a simple idea: good design and good workplace culture both come from listening closely, understanding deeply, and creating with intention. As a Lead Graphics Designer, I’ve guided visual projects that range from branding to digital campaigns. I love turning abstract concepts into designs that feel alive, purposeful, and aligned with a team’s goals. Whether I’m refining a brand identity or building cohesive visual systems, I approach every project with the same commitment to clarity, craft, and storytelling. My experience in Human Resources balances this creative work with a strong grounding in organizational care. I’ve managed recruitment, onboarding, performance conversations, and employee support with a focus on communication and fairness. Being in HR has taught me how essential trust, transparency, and empathy are to any team. It also allows me to strengthen the culture behind the visuals I help create. Combining these two roles has shaped me into someone who thinks holistically: I pay attention not only to the work produced, but to the people producing it. I enjoy leading with collaboration, openness, and a genuine interest in helping teammates grow.
