I have more than 6 years of experience as a customer service/accounts receivable, where my duties include researching, inbound/outbound calls (UK and US-based), processing payments through credit card, communicating with customers through email using Outlook, doing admin tasks, organizing data using Excel, also helping and assisting customers.
