I have over 11 years of combined experience in BPO operations particularly in lead generation as well as admin support. Duties include data entry, web research, CRM management, mailbox handling, project management, client communications, weekly reporting, document creation and other operation support functions. I was able to lead a team that works for clients in three different regions - APAC, AMER and EMEA. I was able to work in large volume of contact list builds for different campaigns, conferences, webinars, lunch and learns. My recent roles also include being a Project Manager that leads the company's CSR arm by driving impact projects for the community and being a lead for the admin support / logistics team who handles vendor coordination, shuttle deployment, asset management and delivery, client visits and applicant pre-screening. I am currently doing freelance works for admin support and data enrichment functions.
