I’m Charles Lita, a passionate and driven professional with academic training in Psychology and Counseling through the ladderized honors Bachelor of Science–Master of Arts in Psychology and Counseling Straight Program at Philippine Normal University (the National Center for Teacher Education). I have a strong foundation in research and a deep passion for understanding human behavior, education, and personal growth. Beyond the academic world, I’m also a creative — a writer and poet who values storytelling and effective communication in both English and Filipino. I thrive in working on psychology, education, life coaching, and content creation.
