I have experience as both a Personal Assistant and Social Media Manager FOR 5 YEARS, where I've had the opportunity to support businesses and individuals in various ways. As a Personal Assistant, I've helped manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and handle day-to-day tasks like assisting costumers, receiving payments, handling the stocks of the clinic to keep everything running smoothly. I'm detail-oriented and committed to making sure that everything stays organized and on track. I also process the payrolls of the company; I deduct their social taxes and as well as calculating their bonuses. In my role as a Social Media Manager, I've worked on creating a visually appealing content like flyers, posters and a short video and posting it on Facebook. Developing strategies to increase engagement and ensuring a strong online presence. I also handle all the emails and Facebook messages, replying to their inquiries and managing their appointments.
