I’m a detail-oriented and hardworking individual with strong computer skills and experience in administrative and clerical tasks. During my On-the-Job Training (OJT) at a hospital, I was recognized as an outstanding trainee because I completed tasks quickly, followed instructions accurately, and always asked the right questions when something wasn’t clear. I also handled sensitive documents, such as Statements of Account for patients, and made sure they were properly sorted and delivered to the correct departments for signature — improving the efficiency of document handling in the office. I’m proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and other office tools. I can type and encode data accurately, organize files, prepare reports, and follow written instructions very well. I learn fast, work independently, and always aim to produce quality results.
