In the past 2 years, I worked closely with the CEO of an AI research firm to set up crucial foundations for different departments. I was in charge of client success, which involved day-to-day communications with our clients to ensure that their campaigns were running smoothly. I worked with our editorial and outreach teams, managing timelines and implementing changes to make sure that we could deliver on our promises to the client. I was also in charge of hiring new team members, leading to the recruitment of 3 crucial team members that became the heads of Sales, Business Development, and Outreach. I managed the onboarding and progress of these team members as well. Lastly, I was in charge of anything that the CEO needed to make sure he had the time to focus on the business. Calendar and inbox management, email communications, and even managing team meetings. He trusted me with access to his personal email, as well as his credit card for crucial company purchases and decisions. Throughout my tenure with the company, I worked independently and proactively suggested changes that were crucial to making processes more efficient. I quickly became a crucial asset for the company, and helped them double the revenue generated in 2023. I was also in charge of invoicing and Collections. I constantly have access to my phone and computer, and I am used to US working hours (my previous company operated in EST!). I respond immediately to any email, text, or call. I have power and internet backups to ensure my work is not disrupted as well.
