During this time, I have honed my skills in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution, which have been invaluable assets in my career. In addition to my customer service experience, I also worked as an Account Manager for over two years, which gave me an excellent opportunity to understand the needs of my clients and build strong relationships with them.
