As a Medical Technology Intern at both East Avenue Medical Center and Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center, I excelled in conducting complex laboratory tests, analyzing biological specimens, and ensuring the seamless operation of lab equipment. My ability to interpret critical test results and communicate with them to medical professionals contributed to improved patient car. Additionally, my customer experience role at Alorica Teleservices honed my problem-solving abilities, enabling me to resolve complex issues, manage customer interactions, and drive service improvements. These all are due to my skills when I was first awarded the best thesis presenter in school, and passing TOEIC as part of our school curriculum.
