- Oversee day-to-day operations of 10 franchise food stores and manage a team of 30 employees. - Develop and maintain employee schedules to ensure optimal staffing across all locations. - Handle employee benefits, including Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage, enhancing staff well-being and satisfaction. - Lead onboarding and training programs for new hires, creating a comprehensive process to equip them with essential skills. - Foster a positive work environment to build a motivated and well-prepared workforce aligned with company standards. - Scout and assess new store locations based on market demand and accessibility to ensure successful openings. - Coordinate all aspects of new store setups, including staffing and inventory management. - Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high operational efficiency.
