Hi! My name is Shu-jen Cruz but you may call me Shu, Shuj, or SJ and I’m from the City of Golden Friendship, Cagayan de Oro City Philippines. I’ve been working as a virtual assistant specializing in social media management and layout design for 5 years now. I also do administrative tasks such as email management, profit and loss reports, veterinary reports, and property research which allows my clients to have more time doing what they love. I am a team player, but I also do well on my own. I am self-motivated and enjoy learning new things, which provides me with opportunities to further develop my skills. I am also punctual and proactive and handle my clients' businesses with discretion. My background in sales and marketing allows me to have an in-depth knowledge of customer behavior and gives me an idea of which marketing promotions would work for our target audiences.
