I have been working directly with US clients for more than 10 years. I specialise in helping companies achieve success by providing excellent customer services to both end users and stakeholders. I started my career in the Contact Center industry where I worked with a diverse list of clients in automotive, healthcare, telecommunications, banking, property management, lead generation for staffing and real estate. I have been working as an independent contractor since 2021. In the last 3 years I was able to grow two of my clients' firms by 30%. My strength is that I have a strong customer service background and communication skills. I am also familiar with major tools and CRMs that help monitor projects and transactions. I know how to lead a team of employees at the same time being comfortable facing clients. What I am looking for is a company I can add value to, where I can thrive by producing a positive return of investment. A company where I can use my talent and skill for success.
