Good day, I am Charles Umbina, 23 years of age and I previously worked as a CSR and Conversion Programmer. Way back November 2022, I started working as a CSR for Concentrix Clark. It was a sales account for a cable company on US and what I did was take incoming calls about customers asking about promos, assist new customers wanting to subscribe, answer basic technical queries and billing explanations. I had to leave after 3 months because my living situation on that area was not ideal and there were better opportunities for me in another company. Came april of 2023 I was hired as a Conversion Programmer In Absolute Service Incorporated at SBMA olongapo. What we mainly do is book extraction and convert it into what file type our client ask us to. We also convert it into xml or tag it in Microsoft word. usually, we use adobe acrobat, adobe Indesign and Microsoft word for the books and for the images, if there is any included in the book, we basic Adobe photop and illustrator to modify it. Aside from that I was also tasked being a helpdesk representative for students of our other client. I answer student’s emails about their courses and lessons, assist them if they are having troubles moving forward or give advice if there is an error they’re experiencing. I would say my knowledge in the tools we used are Intermediate. After a year I decided to resign and find new opportunities being a VA and working remotely so thank you very much for considering my application.
