Dynamic and dedicated team player with leadership and corporate experience seeking a position with an organization where I can continue my development by being able to utilize my abilities effectively in contributing to the success of the company. I have about 5 years of experience in the virtual assistant field; I started off as a general virtual assistant for a San Francisco-based company wherein I handle various tasks such as appointment setting, travel coordination, marketing, application administration, customer support and many others. Eventually, I became a team leader for the same company and I was handling a group of 4 to 8 general virtual assistants per shift. I was in charge of delegating tasks to them and managing both client and team expectations. Also, I would handle higher ticket requests from our important clients. After my experience as a virtual assistant team-lead, I transitioned to recruitment of our talent acquisition and hiring team. My main focus was sourcing for technical roles in web developing and IT related positions but I would also take on some sourcing for roles varying from marketing, sales, virtual assistant and multimedia. Eventually, I've moved to a different company and took on the role of client success operations specialist. I'm mainly in charge of dictating onboarding solutions and system maintenance for our clients to ensure that they have a good user experience with our product. My experiences in virtual assistant, talent acquisition and client success exposed me to the different departments of an organization. This developed my adaptability to understand not only the role that I'm taking on but the entire organization as well so I'll know how to maximize my contributions. I always take on the roles that are assigned to me with willingness to learn and eagerness for growth.
