I'm Jeremiah Navarro from Digos City, Philippines and I've been a Virtual Assistant for about 4 years now. Half of those 4 years were spent as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant and a Real Estate Cold Caller for various Real Estate investors and Real Estate organizations. And the dialers that I've utilized are ReadyMode (formerly Xencall), CallTools, VICIdial, Ytel, and smrtPhone. I was cold calling prospects to see if there's an interest in selling their homes and having some casual conversation with the homeowner while gathering some basic information about the property and building rapport as well. I also did some lead management and followed up on leads on the CRM to convert a cold lead into a warm lead and check the lead from time to time to see if it still has an interest in selling some real estate properties or not. I also have some experience being an e-commerce virtual assistant for about a year and a half on Shopify, and it was spent for a liquidation company that is based in Missouri. And I was assigned to the data entry of products from warehouses to sheets, product uploading from the item manifest, and product listing.
