Joaquin Soldao is a Filipino filmmaker who is based in Manila. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts with a specialization in Film and Video Production at CIIT College of Arts and Technology. Joaquin's interest in filmmaking began in his childhood as he spent most of his time around busy film sets and shoots, thanks to his mother, Rosselle. He knew from a young age that he wanted to become a filmmaker. Today, Joaquin is working on the hit TV series Senior High and its sequel, High Street, where he is being trained by some of the finest professionals in the Philippine TV industry, such as Lino Cayetano, Onat Diaz, Cesca Lee, and Andoy Ranay.
