I took a Bachelor of Science major in Hotel and Restaurant Management and when I graduated I worked in the Hospitality industry before as a Barista and Food server so I gained experience in dealing with different customers. This paved the way for me to be comfortable in the BPO industry. I worked in the BPO industry for four years and have been part of different campaigns. I experienced assisting customers to fill out information for a money transfer company in The U.S, Answering general inquiries and filing cases of lost parcels for a Singaporean Postal company, and also handling customer accounts to address billing concerns for a cable company in the U.S. I had different achievements in meeting metric and even received an award for Voice of the Customer top performer. I started to work at home and first worked as an ESL ( English as Second language). I Taught mostly Japanese students. I worked under MyOutdesk Inc as Virtual Assistant for 2 years I was trained and got experience working for clients in the Real Estate Business. I decided to go independently. I worked for a client based in Pittsburg CA, who owns a Real Estate business and Property Management for almost 3 years. I Handled his Google calendar, Email management, Posting and managed three Facebook pages Twitter, WordPress and Pinterest, Scheduled social media postings via Hootsuite, transcripted his voicemails, accounting in QuickBooks, and Client engagement in his Property Management business. I worked for an Airbnb Property management company, communicated as a host, and deploy our own Housekeeping team. Dealt with solving guests' issues and helping them have an amazing stay. I worked as an Inside Sales Agent, converting seller and buyer leads. Setting up a call/zoom appointment for agents and making sure they meet the clients. Follow up with the lead's progress until they close. Updating lead sources. I worked as a Property Management admin assistant for 3 years with two different clients based in North Carolina and and the other one in Florida. Handled inbound calls also did outbound for rental leads. Managed executive Management agreement for owners, rental listings. Processed Tenant Screening, Check Income, run Credit score and criminal background checking and Landlord history. Handle work orders for repairs, deal with vendors and assign work. Contact HOA and deal with tenant's violations. I have my own PC, Laptop, Internet connection and back up connection.
