I have 6 years of work experience as a customer service representative and my last duty was with HelloConnect Inc, which gave me an opportunity to be promoted as a Subject Matter Expert for multiple markets. Mainly I've handled a meal kit delivery service based in Australia. (HelloFresh) This position allowed me to handle multiple teams, regardless of tenure across different lines of business, assisting them from their training until their regularization. Some of the skills which transitioned well to my field are: • Answering customer's queries in a respectful, quick, and proficient manner to avoid callbacks • Working in a fast-paced environment • Acknowledging and responding to e-mails from clients, management, and other departments daily • Documentation • Building rapport with our customers in order for them to be relaxed and feel like they are talking to family. These skills, together with my readiness and attention to detail will greatly impact the company on a positive note. I am willing to be a contributor right away.
