I have been working as a real estate virtual assistant for more than 2 years. My responsibilities include cold calling, basic administrative tasks, and marketing. Additionally, I ensure that all my clients' listings are filled out properly. On the side, I also work as a social media manager, providing my clients with ideas for their social media content and occasionally editing their posts. Prior to becoming a VA, I worked as a call center agent for 2 years. During this time, I handled incoming calls, responded to chat inquiries, and conducted outbound calls to follow up on payments. My journey in the workforce began in 2016 when I was hired as a hotel receptionist, which eventually led me to become an executive assistant. It was an enriching experience where I learned how to effectively communicate with people of all ages and backgrounds, as well as how to manage business operations and handle paperwork.
