Additionally, I had the privilege to serve as a mentor for a year and a half. Throughout my tenure, I gained extensive experience in handling diverse customer needs and preferences. I've successfully managed various accounts, including Deliveroo, Wells Fargo, Sirius XM, Synchrony Bank, and Coca-Cola.
