We specialize in securing tickets for high-demand events and are looking for motivated virtual assistants to join our growing team. **Role Description: We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable virtual assistants to help with purchasing event tickets on Ticketmaster. You will be following specific guidelines provided by the Buying Team Lead to make accurate and timely purchases during high-demand periods. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to adapt quickly, and effective communication skills. Pay is based on profit split/commission basis. **Responsibilities: - Purchase event tickets from Ticketmaster based on instructions provided by the buying team lead. - Stay logged in, available, and responsive from 9am EST to 1:30pm EST, Monday through Friday. - Use a multi-session browser to manage multiple accounts, with a previous understanding of proxies being highly beneficial. - Communicate effectively with the team through Discord. - Adapt quickly to changes, learn from mistakes, and be open to feedback and coaching. **Qualifications: *Required: - Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient with computers and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Access to a fast, reliable computer and internet connection. * Highly Preferred: - Experience in ticket-buying or working for a ticket brokerage. - Basic knowledge of ticketing systems or willingness to learn. - Background in customer service or executive assistant roles. - Ability to understand business operations and thrive in a fast-paced, small-team setting. - Strong adaptability, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn from mistakes. - Familiarity with using proxies and managing multiple browser sessions. - Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Why Join Us? - Pay grows exponentially with your performance, 40,000+ PHP per month is easily attainable with practice and determination. - Work remotely with a dynamic, supportive team. - Develop skills in a fast-growing, exciting industry. - Opportunities for growth and professional development.
