Job Description: Chief of Staff (Remote/Virtual) Hours of Operations: 8AM – 10PM (EST – Canada); Mon – Sat Compensation: Fixed Rate $950CAD per Month Seeking a proactive Chief of Staff with excellent English to support and run a new division of our company. This role involves strategic planning, communication facilitation, and operational oversight to drive organizational success. Must be available during our company's operating hours from 8:00AM to 10:00PM EST (Canada - Eastern Standard TIme), Monday to Saturday. You will not be actively working for the entire time but you need to be available/online to complete any tasks that are required The ideal candidate should have 2+ years with Administrative/Virtual & Executive Assistance or Management experience. Responsibilities include assembling (search and hire) a virtual recruiter team along with creating automatic operational systems to manage our in-person employees. (includes recruitment, HR, scheduling, payroll, live employee updates...etc) Our founders have had previous experiences with different VAs and have come across many challenges thus, we would like to conduct the following before we officially decide to use your services LONG-TERM.
