Type: Part-time (Remote) Hours: 15–25 hrs/week Start: ASAP About Us We are a creative talent agency that connects game developers with vetted artists (2D, 3D, UI/UX, environments, concept art, Roblox assets, etc.). We handle project management and client communication — your role is only to help bring interested clients to the table. What You’ll Do Search for potential clients (game devs, indie studios, Roblox devs) on: - Reddit - Discord servers - Twitter/X - Game dev forums Send manual, personalized outreach messages (no automation, no spam) Start conversations and identify interested leads Pass warm leads to us for meetings (we handle sales & closing) Log outreach activity in a simple Google Sheet What You Will NOT Do - No sales calls - No negotiating prices - No closing deals - No handling payments or contracts Requirements - Strong written English - Comfortable using Reddit & Discord - Familiar with gaming or game development communities - Detail-oriented and respectful communicator - Experience with lead sourcing or outreach is a plus (not required) Bonus If You Have - Previous VA or lead generation experience - Experience working with agencies or creative studios - Understanding of game development pipelines Compensation + Bonus per qualified lead that agrees to a call Long-term opportunity for the right person How to Apply Please send: 1.
