I'm launching an innovative platform in the fast-growing GCC market and looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant who can start immediately to support me part-time with research, organization, and admin tasks related to a new online platform focused on the GCC region. The role will initially be 2 hours per day, 5 days a week (10 hours/week), with potential for long-term growth and increased responsibilities. Responsibilities: * Conduct in-depth online research (e.g., market trends, competitor analysis, cost comparisons, and innovative UI/UX inspirations). * Explore and summarize effective digital marketing, SEO, and brand promotion strategies. * Gather and evaluate information on various online services, tools, and best practices. * Organize findings into structured, actionable reports (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.). * Assist with light administrative and content-related tasks (formatting, posting updates, simple editing). Requirements: * Strong research skills with the ability to find, evaluate, and synthesize information from diverse sources. * Detail-oriented and accurate in data collection, entry, and organization. * Clear written communication in English with strong attention to detail. * Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools (AI experience is a plus). * Strong Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills are required. * Independent, proactive, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
